Create In view of increasing request in general, I decided to help to create foundations, associations, donations, inheritance and societies, according to desires of the creators, in Switzerland or abroad. This work will be accomplished in confidence, seriousness and discretion. My expenses and fee will be reasonable.. |

Management This one will be made in the same state of mind. My expenses and fee will be if necessary invoiced. As regards only foundations having seats to them in Switzerland, the article 84, A1.1 (indent 1) of code civil Switzerland envisages that these are put under the supervision of the public corporation (Confederation, canton and village) from which they are recovering by their purpose. Since then, my role constitutes to orientate Swiss foundations to the authority of competent surveillance. It seems to me important to add that the surveillance by the competent authority will be exercised over the activity of foundations and over that of my society. |
